Summer Glau, an American actress best known for her role as River Tam and Cameron in Firefly. Sarah Connor Chronicles. She has also guest-starred in Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck, Hawaii Five-0 and The 4400. She has also acted in TV movies and shorts like Mammoth, The Initiation of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon and Help for the Holidays Dead End and Inside the Box. Glau was awarded numerous accolades and prizes. Glau has been featured twice in FHM's 100 Sexiest Ladies of the World and was also featured in Wizard magazine's Sexiest Women of TV list. Maxim featured her in the magazine's Hot 100. Her acting accomplishments Glau has won SFX Award for Best Actress for Serenity. To honor her part in Terminator and the Sarah Connor Chronicles, Glau won The Saturn Award. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . The third child of Marcela Quintanilla and Abraham Quintanilla. Selena was a professional in the age of eight in a group formed by the late Abraham Quintanilla. Selena along with her siblings Abraham junior and Sister Suzette performed on drums. Selena sang for the group. Selena Y Los Dino was the band's name and Selena could be seen singing with other siblings at restaurants, bars and wedding celebrations. It was demanding for Selena as well as her siblings, and they had a very short a childhood but they had the opportunity to develop into dedicated musicians due to the determination of Abraham, their dad. Abraham. Abraham Senior was also part of the Los Dinos original band. Selena Y Los Dinos were officially founded in the year 1981. The band was Quintanilla's main business. Quintanilla's parents persevered throughout the early years of financial hardships. Selena Y Los Dinos would be popular in the west Americas in the 80s. In 1986, the group got their first taste of fame when Selena won awards for Female Vocalist of Year and Best Performer at the Tejano music awards. From then on, Selena Y Los Dinos were one of the most successful winners each year, and earned fame and recognition. The group appeared in many Spanish-language television programs such as El Show De Johnny Canales as well as Siempre en Domingo or Sabado Gigante.
